Where we ship

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

Cost

Free delivery on every order, no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are reviewed within 1 business day. Because we operate on Cash on Delivery, our team will contact you by phone or email to confirm stock, the final total, and a delivery date before dispatch.

Delivery time

Once confirmed, your order is typically delivered within 3 – 7 business days by a UK courier.

Tracking

You can track the status of your order from our Order Tracking page using your reference number.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you, they will leave a card and re-attempt the next business day. After three failed attempts, the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled.
