Returns & Refund Policy

Return window

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

How to request a return

Email Contact@capitun.shop with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We will reply with return instructions within 1 business day.

Return shipping

For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Because we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account in the customer's name. Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days of receiving the returned item in good condition.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging cannot be refunded.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
